In this role, you will design and refine processes for production and troubleshoot on the factory floor, working alongside a small team of top engineers in an agile environment that prioritizes innovation over bureaucracy.

The ideal candidate has hands-on hardware experience and thrives under pressure, with a salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 plus equity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working as a manufacturing, production, or build engineer on real hardware.
• Experience working closely with design engineering teams.
• Ability to move fast and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing and production of flight hardware.
• Design and improve build processes for various systems.
• Support integration, environmental testing, and flight operations.

Skills

Hands-on experience building mechanical, electrical, or aerospace systems

Strong intuition for tolerances and processes

Ability to solve problems on the factory floor

Comfort operating in fast-moving environments
