Job summary

RESOLVEM Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer II for on-site work in Irvine or Carlsbad, CA, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in schematic capture and PCB design.

You will own designs from concept through fabrication, work within ISO 13485/regulatory context, and collaborate across mechanical, software, and systems teams. You’ll lead schematic capture and PCB layout, drive DFMEA/DFT, perform LTspice/PSpice validation, and support design transfer to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in schematic capture and PCB design.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and enclosure fit.
• Proficiency with PCB design software and circuit simulation tools.
• Experience leading electrical failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical designs from schematic capture to PCB layout and DFM/DFT.
• Lead component selection, stack-up, and EMI/PSA considerations.
• Validate designs with LTspice/PSpice before hardware.
• Write ECOs, redline drawings, BOMs, and DHF deliverables.
• Develop firmware integration with C/C++ and protocols.
• Mentor interns and collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers.
