Job summary

Rapta, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Manager at our Lake Oswego headquarters. This full-time role bridges production operations, go-to-market, and engineering, acting as the operational counterpart to customers' procurement, supply chain, and AP teams.

You will own onboarding, vendor setup, contract administration, order entry, and end-to-end fulfillment, coordinating with engineering and solutions teams to ensure smooth delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in order management or supply chain in manufacturing, hardware, or industrial tech.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers with formal procurement processes.
• You can read an MSA and know which clauses matter.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through; can manage many open threads simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and vendor setup; run onboarding in procurement/accounting systems.
• Assemble and submit W-9, COIs, banking forms, and security/compliance reviews (CMMC/NIST).
• Shepherd MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, and supplier agreements from redline to signature.
• Enter orders into MRP, open work orders, plan builds, procure and expedite materials.
• Coordinate fulfillment: assembly readiness, crating, outbound freight, training.
• Own invoicing and accounts receivable, track order status and backlog.
• Serve as primary contact for customer questions and drive order-book alignment.
