The ideal candidate possesses 4–5 years of commodities experience, strong data analytics, and effective communication skills to work with Sales, Trading, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle (capture, validation, confirmation, settlement).
• Strong analytical skills including data reconciliation and investigation.
• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality.

• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate booking across systems.
• Process trade amendments to correct booking errors and maintain records.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks with Sales, Trading, and Operations.
• Support regulatory and management reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, risk reduction, and control enhancements.
• Investigate root causes and recommend practical solutions.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and support team priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely trade processing.
