Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities across the study lifecycle
• Design, build, and maintain CRFs/eCRFs and data collection workflows
• Develop data management plans and timelines for data integrity and compliance
• Monitor milestones like go-live, database freeze/lock, and study closeout
• Lead data cleaning and issue resolution with corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution and regulatory submissions
• Support validation, UAT, change control, and process improvements
• Generate data reports, dashboards, and study summaries; mentor staff
