Job summary

Raydar is seeking a product leader to own a product area from discovery through shipping at an early-stage software company in San Francisco. You will work directly with customers, build AI-powered prototypes, and partner with engineering to deliver the final product while making pragmatic tradeoffs daily.

This on-site role requires 4 days in the office. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of product management in a startup, ships B2B SaaS, and can craft solutions through close customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Track record of shipping B2B SaaS products for small and mid-sized business operators.
• Experience building and launching AI-powered product features.
• Regular, direct customer conversations in previous roles.
• Ability to build roughly 90% of a product yourself using AI tooling.
• Comfort working with blue-collar operators, business owners and drivers in a scrappy environment.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area, from discovery through shipping.
• Speak regularly with customers to learn about their pain points, workflows and opportunities.
• Build functional prototypes with AI tools and hand off to engineering for final polish.
• Set the vision for your area while making pragmatic tradeoffs every day.
• Become the in-house expert on customer workflows for your product surface.
• Ship quickly and iterate without long specification cycles or heavy handoffs.
