Job summary

OnPoint Data Strategy is seeking a Business Solutions Developer to own undefined business problems from requirements through production. You will build internal apps, decommission legacy systems, and create data pipelines while incorporating AI into existing tools. You will work directly with business users to gather requirements and manage projects end-to-end.

The role emphasizes ownership of UI, API, and data layers across departments, with a focus on delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end business solutions in a corporate environment.
• Ability to translate business problems into workable software across UI, API, and data layers.
• Experience running projects with schedules, dependencies, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build internal applications and services used by staff across departments.
• Decommission legacy systems and databases.
• Design data pipelines to ingest external data into the OnPoint data ecosystem.
• Integrate AI models, retrieval, and agents into existing applications.
• Gather requirements with each department and own the solution through production.
