Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-of-month billing for long-term care accounts
• Review census and billing periods for accurate charges
• Verify data against patient profiles and records
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and missing information
• Reconcile billed claims and patient charges for proper billing
• Monitor pending and incomplete items and follow up for timely resolution
• Communicate billing questions and discrepancies with internal teams
• Meet monthly billing deadlines with accuracy and productivity
• Follow established billing procedures and identify efficiency improvements
• Maintain organized billing records and provide status updates
• Support month-end close with cross-functional collaboration
