Job summary

Proper Beverage Co. is seeking a Production Associate to support end-of-line production by removing finished goods from the line and stacking them on pallets for storage or shipment. You will assist with the Variety Pack line, maintain clean work areas, and help keep a safe manufacturing environment in a fast-paced setting.

This is a full-time, 2nd shift position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2pm to 12am, focusing on accuracy, teamwork, and efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work with teammates.
• Good communication and teamwork across shifts and lines.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay physically capable for repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• End-of-Line Production Support: remove finished goods from the line and stack securely on pallets; ensure labeling, counts, and organization.
• Work Environment: operate near machinery and forklifts; follow SOPs and safety protocols in a fast-paced team setting.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain sanitation and orderly production areas; comply with safety policies.
