Job summary

CANPACK Group is seeking an End Line Technician for the Olyphant, PA area. This full-time role runs from 7pm to 7am and focuses on operating and maintaining end-of-line equipment to meet production specs.

The job requires basic mechanical skills, ability to read measurements, and willingness to assist with line changeovers and housekeeping. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, basic instrument use, and a solid safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of US measurement units.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
• Strong problem solving skills and organization.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair is a plus.
• Knowledge of health, safety, fire-prevention and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate end-of-line machinery while maintaining production quality according to specifications.
• Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Read and interpret PO sheets and status messages on control panels.
• Clear jams and assist with line changeovers.
• Support maintenance team during setup and changeovers.

## End Line TechnicianApply: Olyphant, Pennsylvania: Full time: Posted Today: R4114**Position Summary**D Crew7pm-7amMachine operator that will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the mechanical End Line equipment.**Essential Functions/Key Deliverables*** Ensure overall Production of machines and quality according to specification sheets.* Ability to do basic repairs on the equipment.* Ability to read and understand the information contained on the PO sheet.* Check accuracy and quality of finished ends.* Locate and clear basic jams that may occur on the machines during Production.* Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels.* Assist with regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery.* Actively support the maintenance team during line changeover.* Train or assist other employees on the daily practices of Production related duties, such as but not limited to, Product changes, housekeeping and visual quality checks.* Basic knowledge of the shell press, liners and conversion press.* Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
