Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for end center packaging operations in Minnesota. You will operate the end center packaging station, palletize finished products, and assist with troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires strong safety focus and attention to detail to meet customer specifications. Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, the ability to learn the full end line process, and work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate end center packaging station and palletize finished product.
• Assist in troubleshooting and clear machine jams as needed.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Manage materials, pallets, and wrap/shrink wrap as required.
• Load coils onto unwinder; unload scrap dumpsters; maintain area cleanliness.
• Ensure finished product is cured, wrapped, stored and complies with specs.
• Check forklift conditions and perform basic PMs.
• Support other areas to keep can flow smooth through plant.
