• Own the End Effector end-to-end from CAD to shop fabrication and field validation.
• Package sensors, actuators, and precision motion components within tight tolerances.
• Validate designs using hand calculations, FEA, and tolerance analysis before production.
• Lead rapid in-house fabrication and prototype machining to accelerate iterations.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and controls teams to define sensing and control requirements.
