Job description

The Enablement Delivery Specialist is a pivotal execution-focused role within the GTM Enablement organization, responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of world-class training experiences. Reporting to the Manager of Delivery, this role ensures that every training event, from foundational bootcamps to advanced skill-building workshops, is delivered with the logistical precision and professional excellence required to drive field performance. You will act as the 'Producer' and 'Emcee' for our regular and ad-hoc in-person and virtual events, serving as the connective tissue between strategic program design and field-facing execution. Based in Chicago or Austin, you will thrive in a high-growth environment that values intellectual honesty, radical accountability, and a 'team first' mindset. Success in this role means moving beyond simple event planning and facilitation to become a trusted partner who enhances the learner experience and provides critical insights for continuous enablement improvement. We are looking to speak with candidates who are based in Chicago for our hybrid working model or candidates based in Austin who are able to travel 1 week per month to Chicago.

Responsibilities
Training Event Orchestration and Logistics
  • End-to-End Management: Own the full logistical lifecycle for in-person training events, including venue selection, meeting room configuration, catering, and on-site technology
  • Operational Precision: Ensure flawless accuracy in scheduling, invitations, reminders, and learner communications across all assigned sessions
  • Execution Reliability: Execute assigned tasks within scope and on time using project management tools, maintaining high delivery reliability
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Workplace and TRO teams to orchestrate seamless delivery, owning handoffs and vendor coordination with "radical follow-through"
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate program data (attendance, survey results) with zero critical errors, ensuring visibility for stakeholders
Event Production and Emceeing
  • Producer Role: Serve as the event "Producer" and "Emcee," ensuring smooth delivery and strong participant engagement throughout every session
  • Platform Mastery: Operate core delivery platforms (Zoom, LMS, virtual classroom tools) with full proficiency, eliminating technical disruptions
  • Content Delivery: Follow facilitation guides and scripts to deliver established content with consistent professional quality and tone
  • Live Engagement: Manage live interactions, including polls, Q&A, and breakouts, while reading the audience and adjusting pacing based on real-time signals
  • Facilitator Support: Act as the primary point of contact for facilitators and SMEs, ensuring they are set up for success and the environment is optimized for learning
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
  • Insight Gathering: Gather structured feedback from attendees after every session to measure program effectiveness and learner confidence
  • Actionable Synthesis: Synthesize learner sentiment into actionable insights, providing content designers with specific observations on confusion or engagement drops
  • Quality Cycle: Identify content improvement opportunities based on learner reactions and elevate them with specific proposed fixes
  • Knowledge Management: Document delivery processes and issue resolutions in the team knowledge base to ensure work is person-independent
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, ideally within a corporate or high-growth technology environment
  • Training Background: Ideally 1 year of experience in training management or enablement delivery. Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate with precision and build trusted partnerships. You are known for professional poise and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Technical Proficiency: Full proficiency in operating delivery platforms (Zoom, LMS) and project management tools. Experience with Mac and Google Suite is preferred
  • Organizational Rigor: Immaculate attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without sacrificing quality
  • Communication: Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the confidence to emcee for large groups of enterprise sales and services professionals
