Description:

**100% Remote**

We are seeking a highly communicative and data-savvy Enablement Analyst to support the adoption and effective use of our analytics and data products across HR and Talent functions. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical dashboards and business users, ensuring tools are accessible, understood, and actionable.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2


Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Enablement & Support
    • Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and Talent Acquisition to drive adoption of analytics tools.
    • Host regular office hours and monitor Slack channels to provide real-time support.
    • Translate complex dashboard insights into executive-ready presentations and job aids.
    • Build “follow-me-home” feedback loops to gather user insights and enhancement requests.
  • Content Development & Communication
    • Create enablement materials such as 1-pagers, microlearning modules, and videos.
    • Develop tools and templates in collaboration with Learning & Development for “how-to” guidance.
    • Document product usage cycles and anticipate peak support periods (e.g., biweekly office hours).
  • Product & Platform Ownership
    • Support the build and enhancement of dashboards in Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI.
    • Stand up and maintain a centralized self-service platform for analytics tools and resources.
    • Provide ongoing product support, including enhancements and documentation updates.

Experience Requirements:
  • Strong comfort with data and analytics tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with HR/employee data and internal clients.
  • Proven ability to create engaging enablement content and documentation.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and feedback collection methods.
