Job summary

Austin Powder in Ohio seeks an Emulsion Operator to ensure safe, efficient production in the Emulsion department. You will follow work instructions, inspect products, run and troubleshoot equipment, and support packaging and handling of explosive products.

This role requires a high school diploma, ATF explosive processor qualification, forklift certification, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and the ability to work in loud environments with PPE. OT may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain emulsion production equipment.
• Follow all work instructions and procedures for packaging and handling explosive products.
• Perform DOT and pre-trip inspections per regulations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnose equipment issues.
• Complete work orders and track parts usage in SQ7 software.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with team.
