Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide first-response medical care for guests and Team Members on property. You will respond to accidents, document circumstances, and help prevent disruptions while minimizing liability.

The role requires strong report-writing, English communication, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. You will maintain medical equipment and uphold appearance standards while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR card and Nevada Driver’s License required.
• Must obtain NV EMS license and related certs as required by law/policy.
• National Registry EMT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-response medical care for sick or injured guests and Team Members and ensure continuation of care.
• Document medical incidents thoroughly and minimize liability exposure.
• Maintain and ensure proper operation of medical equipment.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take steps to prevent injuries.
• Provide a visible Security presence and maintain patrols on property.
• Respond to emergencies/incidents and assist Security Management as directed.
• Write detailed security reports for use in investigations.
• Assist with Security operations to protect guests, Team Members, and property.
• Maintain professional appearance according to company standards.
• Engage with guests to answer questions and deliver excellent service.
• Maintain consistent attendance; perform other duties as assigned.
