Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a reliable, experienced Certified EMT/Security Officer to protect customers and staff. You will respond to EMS calls, patrol premises, monitor activity, and enforce security protocols at the assigned site.

Qualifications

• EMT Basic Certification is required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• National Registry certificate is required.
• SLED card is required (company provides training).
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• SC DHEC certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, AED, or life support to sick or injured patients.
• Document and report observations and treatments to physicians and nurses.
• Respond to emergency calls at the assigned site.
• Assess patient condition and provide medical care.
• Maintain calm, professional conduct with team and guests.
• Communicate clearly with team and first responders on life safety.
• Observe and report suspicious activities.
• Monitor entrances to guard against theft and secure premises.
• Escort individuals and provide protection as needed.
• Write detailed narratives and daily activity reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
