Responsibilities

Provide treatment such as first aid, AED, or life support care to sick or injured patients.
Document and report observations and any treatment provided to physicians, nurses, or other healthcare staff.
Respond to emergency calls at assigned site.
Assess a patient’s condition and provide medical care.
Exhibit a calm, professional attitude when interacting with others.
Communicate effectively with team, first responders, and others involved with life safety.
Observe and report suspicious activities and persons.
Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain safety.
