Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Flex EMT in Latrobe, PA. EMT certification and a valid driver’s license required. This full-time role pays $23.69 per hour with up to 40 hours weekly on various shifts, including afternoons and overnights. Uniforms and equipment are provided, with paid training and excellent benefits.

You will be part of a pre-hospital emergency care medical team serving clients across industries while ensuring safety and security at the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• State Certified EMT Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic license is required.
• Current Health Care Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR card.
• Background check as per laws; drug screen required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency care; assist transport to facilities.
• Provide customer service by following safety procedures and policies.
• Respond to emergency calls and emergencies per EMT certification.
• Provide emergency medical care as per EMT certification.
• Determine illness or injury nature and extent.
• Document medical incidents in the Daily Activity Log.
