Position: Security Officer

Under the supervision of the Security Supervisor, Security Manager, and/or Director of Security, the Security Officer ensures the safety and protection of casino patrons, employees, and assets in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to calls for medical service for team members and guests, and maintaining confidentiality of all privileged information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year EMT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six (6) months of security experience preferred.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR, AED, TIPS, and other required certifications, which must be maintained.
• Certified Emergency Medical Technician required by the State of New Mexico or Arizona, depending on the property location.
• Ability to type a minimum of 20 words per minute (wpm).
• Must meet all knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• No felony, theft, or stealing convictions.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, and obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Navajo preference applies.
