Koch Foods Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Safety/First Aid Coordinator to support our production teams in Lupton City, Tennessee. The role focuses on emergency medical response, safety compliance, and confidential medical recordkeeping to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will hold EMT licensure, CPR/First Aid certification, and preferred OSHA 30/10 training. You will conduct drug testing, safety inspections, and monthly safety meetings while protecting employee privacy and

Qualifications

• EMT license required.
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification required.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Safety experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and treat all work-related injuries.
• Perform daily inspections ensuring safety compliance.
• With the utmost confidentiality, complete and maintain medical records.
• Conduct drug testing for post-offer employment testing, schedule hearing tests, and provide random screening as needed.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings.
• All other relevant duties to the job.
