This role handles first aid, injury treatment, and confidential medical recordkeeping during a 3rd shift, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. Responsibilities include routine safety inspections, post-offer drug testing coordination, hearing tests, and monthly safety meetings.

Qualifications

• EMT license required.
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification required.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Safety experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and treat all work-related injuries.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain medical records with confidentiality.
• Conduct drug testing for post-offer employment testing; schedule hearing tests; provide random screening as needed.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and participate in other relevant duties.
