Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking Ambassadors with strong emergency medical training to provide urgent care for park guests and staff. You will assess illnesses, coordinate with physicians, and manage workers' compensation cases while ensuring safety procedures are followed throughout the park.

Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR health care provider card, EMT or Paramedic certification, annual respiratory physical, and at least six months of BLS experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR health care provider card (AHA/Red Cross).
• Relevant local/state EMT or Paramedic certification.
• Submit to annual respiratory physical.
• Six months of related experience providing BLS patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to ambassadors and guests, teach safety and prevention, and handle workers' compensation cases.
• Assess injuries or illness and administer appropriate treatment; complete paperwork.
• Administer ongoing care for workers' compensation injuries; arrange care with physicians.
• Perform daily checks on safety and rescue equipment; report safety hazards.
• Respond to medical emergencies throughout the park; participate in drills and training.
