Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking Ambassadors to provide emergency medical care to park guests and ambassadors, teach safety, and manage workers' compensation cases. The role requires EMT or Paramedic certification, CPR-HCP, and solid communication skills.

Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma, have 6+ months of BLS experience, and be able to work weekends and holidays. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varying weather is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR health care provider card (AHA/ARC).
• EMT or Paramedic Certification.
• Annual respiratory physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to ambassadors and park guests, and manage workers' compensation cases.
• Assess injuries or illness and document care.
• Provide ongoing care for workers' compensation cases.
• Coordinate with physicians for appointments and care.
• Perform daily safety and rescue equipment checks.
• Report safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Participate in department training and drills.
• Respond to medical emergencies throughout the park.
• Represent SeaWorld with a positive attitude and high energy.
