Job summary

Innovative Healing Systems, Inc is seeking an EMT or Paramedic for a dual‑role position combining wound care tech responsibilities with a clear pathway to becoming a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT). If you hold an EMT or Paramedic license, this role offers a structured career progression in hyperbaric medicine.

The position supports clinic operations, clinical and hyperbaric duties, and prepares patients for hyperbaric therapy under supervision, with training provided to attain CHT

Qualifications

• Current LPN, EMT or Paramedic certification required for CHT eligibility.
• Interest in hyperbaric medicine and wound care development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort in clinical and administrative settings.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Clinical & Hyperbaric Support.
• Assist with patient preparation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patients during treatment under supervision.
• Maintain treatment logs, safety checklists, and equipment readiness.
• Participate in training to become Certified Hyperbaric Technologist.
