What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer all incoming calls to the Regional Telephonic Medicine Center (RTMC), performing intake and triaging information
• Coordinate patient transfers, inpatient bed placement, and ambulance transport
• Document all phases of patient transfers, referrals, critical labs, and urgent appointments per protocol
• Participate in internal quality assurance, insurance verification, chart reviews, and data entry
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, hospital operations, and emergency transport resources
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must reside in Oregon or the SW Washington area at the time of application
• Excellent communication and triaging skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with healthcare protocols and hospital operations
