Medcor seeks an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN on a PRN basis to serve as an Onsite Health Technician in its employer-based, occupational health clinic in Osceola, IA. Clinic hours are 7:00am–3:30pm and 3:30pm–12:00am, Monday–Friday.
The role involves first aid, triage, wellness education, and daily clinic operations. You must hold active licensure for your role and CPR/BLS certification, with proficiency in EMR software, strong communication, and the ability to lift a 50 lb bag.
Medcor is looking to hire an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN on a PRN (as-needed) basis to be an Onsite Health Technician in our employer based, occupational health clinic in Osceola, IA. The clinic's operating hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday - Friday.
Since this is on an as-needed basis, there are no guaranteed ours. If you have the availability to pick up an occasional shift, we invite you to apply.
In this position, you will provide first aid care and treatment by triaging an employee after an injury following our step-by-step care protocols, and supporting the employees with wellness, education and teaching. You will also be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, including ordering supplies and following compliance processes. You will work collaboratively with the employers Safety Team and Human Resources, as well as working with medical providers at offsite offices such as the urgent care and hospitals. You will work independently, with support available by the operations manager and other Medcor staff remotely.
