Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join our onsite occupational health clinic in Harvard, Illinois. This PRN position supports patient care, workers’ compensation case management, and Return to Work programs, with clinic hours Mon-Fri, 10:00am-7:00pm and no guaranteed hours.
The role requires valid licensure, CPR/BLS, and proficiency with EMR software. Strong communication and the ability to lift 50 lb are essential for success in this dynamic clinic environment.

The clinic operates Monday-Friday, 10:00am-7:00pm, with occasional flexibility needed based on clinic needsSince this is on an as needed basis there are no guaranteed hours. The position’s responsibilities include collaborative work with the medical and operational leadership at Medcor, local medical providers, client staff, with key contacts within the client’s corporate structure. The day-to-day role of the Worksite Health Technician includes patient care, ongoing workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. This position will work closely with outside medical providers.
