Job summary

Medcor in Pendleton, IN is seeking a part-time Clinic Manager (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) for 24 hours per week in an on-site clinic. The role supports patient care, RTW program facilitation, and care coordination.

The successful candidate will collaborate with medical and operational leadership, perform documentation using Medcor protocols, and deliver outstanding service to our client and employees.

Job description

Medcor is hiring a part‑time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN as the Clinic Manager in Pendleton, IN.

Schedule: 24 hours per week, day shift (three 8‑hour days).

Hourly compensation: $32.00–$34.00 per hour, based on licensure and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership at Medcor, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure.
• Provide patient care, ongoing workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring.
• Work closely with outside medical providers.

A typical day in the life of an Onsite Health Technician

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
• Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols, known as the Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs)
• Build and maintain internal team relationships
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
• Pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings
• Documentation of care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools
• Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
• Case Management
• Medical charting
• OSHA record‑keeping
