  • Conduct Health Screenings: Assist with pre-employment and post-offer screenings, Physical Assessment Testing (PATs), and other occupational health services.
  • Support Case Management: Assist with injury follow-up, return-to-work coordination, and OSHA recordkeeping as applicable.
What We're Looking For
  • Required Qualifications: Current, valid EMT, Paramedic, or LPN certification/licensure applicable to the position.

  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
  • Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records, and other workplace technology.
  • Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag.
  • A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in occupational health, worksite clinics, or employee health.
  • Background in emergency medicine, urgent care, or critical care.
