Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is hiring EMTs and Paramedics for multiple Michigan locations, including Troy. You will provide patient care, transport patients safely, and document care and billing information.

Training is provided and a medical driving role requires a valid license and clean driving record. Opportunities arise across several stations with potential overtime and benefits. This position emphasizes responsive care, teamwork, and adherence to EMS regulations within state

Qualifications

• NREMT or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at EMT or Paramedic level while safely transporting patients.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment interview including a physical and lifting examination and a drug screening.
• Attend company provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as stipulated in their training as an EMT.
• Provide safe transportation, including map reading and accurate address identification.
• Appropriately assess a patient and convey the condition to medical professionals.
• Provide an accurate written report describing a patient's condition, medical history, and treatment.
• Provide documentation for billing information.
• Maintain the vehicle in sanitary condition and monitor fluids and gauges.
