Job summary

1st Response Occupational Health in Pampa, TX is seeking a dedicated EMT or Paramedic to provide on-site medical support at an active construction site. The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and dental coverage.

You will respond to emergencies, assess and document injuries, coordinate with local EMS, and help maintain readiness of medical equipment.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic certification with valid Texas license.

• Experience in occupational health, industrial, or construction site medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site emergency medical response and first aid to construction site personnel
• Assess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with OSHA and company protocols
• Conduct daily health and safety monitoring of workers on the job site
• Coordinate with local EMS, hospitals, and medical facilities for advanced care when needed
• Maintain accurate patient care reports and incident documentation
• Perform routine medical screenings, vital signs checks, and wellness assessments
• Ensure medical equipment and supplies are stocked, maintained, and ready for use
• Coordinate with 1st Response Occupational Providers

Requirements:

• Valid Texas EMT or Paramedic certification/license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for Paramedics
• Prior experience in occupational health, industrial, or construction site medicine preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on an active job site
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Physically able to navigate a construction site environment
