1st Response Occupational Health is seeking a dedicated EMT or Paramedic to provide on-site medical support at an active construction site in Fort Morgan, CO. This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with responsibilities spanning emergency care, triage, and coordination with EMS for patient transport.

The ideal candidate will hold EMT-Basic/EMT-Advanced/Paramedic certification and CPR/BLS; ACLS is preferred for Paramedics. Outdoor work on varied weather conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Current EMT-Basic, EMT-Advanced, or Paramedic certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for Paramedics.

Responsabilités

• Assess, treat, and triage injuries and illnesses occurring on the job site
• Maintain accurate patient care reports and incident documentation
• Coordinate with local EMS and hospital systems for patient transport when necessary
• Conduct routine health monitoring and wellness checks for site personnel
• Maintain and inventory medical supplies, equipment, and medications
• Support site safety initiatives and participate in safety briefings as needed

Requirements:

• Current EMT-Basic, EMT-Advanced, or Paramedic certification

• Prior experience in occupational health, industrial, or construction site medicine a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and physical job site conditions
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
