Job summary

All American Ambulance and Transport is seeking an EMT in Rosedale, MD to respond to medical non-emergencies and assist with inter-facility transfers. You will provide non-emergency medical care during transport and perform basic life support within your certification level.

Candidate must be MIEMSS registered, nationally certified (NREMT), CPR-BLS certified, and capable of working with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality patient care and professional interaction with healthcare

Qualifications

• Currently registered as an EMT by MIEMSS and nationally registered with NREMT.
• CPR - Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision using sound judgment.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, public safety personnel and medical staff.
• Focus on high-quality patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responds to select medical non-emergencies and inter-facility transfers.
• Provides non-emergency medical care en route to hospitals or clinics.
• Performs basic life support procedures according to certification level.
• Maintains vehicle and equipment readiness at shift start and after each call.
• Co-signs patient care forms and completes required documentation.
• Works as a team leader when needed and supports ALS personnel.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
