Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician for patient transport roles. This 12-hour evening/morning shift reports to the Medical Transport Supervisor and serves a wide age range from neonates to geriatrics.
You will provide pre-hospital care within scope, perform basic diagnostics, administer oxygen and nebulized meds as trained, ensure clean/stocked ambulances, and follow Georgia DPH guidelines and NGHS safety protocols.

Job Summary
Is under the direct supervision of the Medical Transport Supervisor. Should have knowledge of treatment and stabilization of all patients, as well as all definitive techniques within their scope of practice and limitations of their certification, as governed by the Department of Public Health. This position will care for patients in the neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups. Employee performs clinical duties in accordance with population specific guidelines and adheres to the Georgia Department of Public health, as outlined by the Georgia Office of EMS and Trauma.
