Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring an Emergency Medical Technician - Intermediate in Albuquerque. The EMT-Intermediate will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests, deliver high-quality care, patient treatment, and customer service, and operate under company safety policies.

Requirements include EMT-Intermediate certification, CPR/BLS, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid state driver’s license. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine necessary care, delivering emergency services.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Utilize EMT skills, including communication, equipment use, and procedures.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain the company image.
