Job summary

Frontline Support Solutions and Superior Mobile Health have been awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Temple, Texas. We are seeking dedicated EMTs to join our team and support this important mission by providing high-quality interfacility medical transportation services.

These full-time roles offer a pay rate of $23.30 per hour and a 24/72 rotation with 12-hour 2-2-3 schedules. Candidates must hold Texas EMT and BLS certifications and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current Texas EMT Certification.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care and patient assessment within EMT scope of practice.
• Safely operate ambulances and transport patients per policies and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare facilities, first responders, dispatch, and clinical staff.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment used during patient care and transport.
• Complete accurate electronic patient care documentation (ePCR).
• Maintain vehicle readiness through equipment checks, cleaning, and restocking.
• Adhere to all clinical, safety, and operational protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
