Job summary

U.S. College is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician Instructor for our Montclair Campus. You will deliver high-quality instructional content and help students develop essential skills for employment in their new careers.

We value tenacity, passion, and grit, and offer training to those without teaching experience. A California EMT license (I/II) or equivalent clinician credential is required, with at least three years of related clinical or academic experience in the last five years.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field. We will train
• Be an EMT-I or EMT-II currently certified in California or be a physician, RN, PA, or paramedic currently licensed in California
• Have at least three (3) years of academic or clinical experience in emergency medicine or prehospital care in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Delivery of quality instructional content and development of students' technical and soft skills
• Support students through their education journey and help them set educational goals
