Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of subject matter of discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to teach.

Responsibilities

• Teaches assigned courses material per approved outline and schedule.
• Meets all scheduled class sessions and informs coordinator of absences.
• Advises Program Coordinator of absences in a timely manner.
• Cooperates with Coordinator in developing and revising courses and curricula.
• Incorporates diverse lifestyles, cultures and perspectives into courses.
• Attends scheduled program staff meetings.
• Ensures classroom equipment is available for teaching tasks.
• Adheres to professional standards and college policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
