Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NM driver’s license with no restrictions within 30 days of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with insurable driving record.
• NM EMT license required.
• Current BLS through AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross.
• Must be up to date with FEMA 100, 200, 700 courses.
• EMT experience preferred.
• Must pass physical abilities assessment.
• Must obtain medical examiner certification/DOT certification on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Join Albuquerque Ambulance Services as an EMT with our Santa Fe team.
• Operate ALS unit to provide inter-facility transfer care.
• Document and maintain accurate medical records and patient encounters.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely and in compliance with EVOC standards.
