Job summary

Lake Charlevoix EMS Authority in Charlevoix, MI is seeking dedicated Paramedics to join our team and deliver high-quality emergency medical care to the community.

You will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, provide Advanced Life Support, document assessments and treatments, and coordinate with hospitals to ensure smooth patient handoffs.

We value strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan State EMT licensure required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• PHTLS certification required (will train in house).
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Prior EMS field experience preferred; new graduates with clinical excellence encouraged to apply.
