Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an EMT or EMR to join our Security & Emergency Services team at our gated senior living community in New Jersey. You will patrol the property, respond to emergency and routine calls, enforce traffic rules, and provide prompt medical care with basic interventions.

Must have a valid driver's license and CPR/EMR certifications, with opportunities for full-time or per diem/part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current EMR certification; higher level acceptable but EMR must be obtained if required within 30 days of hire.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform regular patrols of the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide care using basic interventions.
• Follow up on reports of missing items, theft or vandalism.
• Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
