Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor patient conditions throughout transport.
• Complete accurate patient care reports and all required documentation.
• Ensure the ambulance, medical equipment, and supplies are clean, properly maintained, and ready for deployment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch personnel, healthcare facilities, patients, families, and fellow team members.
• Assist patients with safe loading, unloading, lifting, and transfers while following proper safety procedures.
• Maintain compliance with applicable safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Position Overview - Day Shift

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team in Newark, Ohio.

As an EMT, you will play an essential role in delivering both emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced daytime environment, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Our day shift team plays a critical role in supporting hospital discharges, scheduled patient transports, interfacility transfers, and emergency responses during peak daytime operational hours.
