Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health of Livingston, TX is seeking an EMT-Basic to provide essential pre-hospital care and emergency medical assistance. The EMT-B will respond to 911 calls, assess patient conditions, perform basic life support, and assist in transport and transfer.

The EMT-B will work under Medical Director authorization, maintain readiness of vehicles/equipment, document patient care, and coordinate with law enforcement and fire services while delivering compassionate care under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an EMT-B in Texas and CPR certified.
• Experience with emergency care and patient transport preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 911 calls and provide basic life support as needed.
• Drive emergency vehicles and follow safety laws and policies.
• Communicate with dispatch, EMS, and first responders per protocol.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness and cleanliness.
• Complete patient care reports and billing information promptly.
• Work under high-stress conditions with professionalism.
