Current EMT Basic license from the State of Michigan.
Valid State of Michigan motor vehicle operating license, with continued safe driving history.

Responsibilities

Renders basic life support procedures to patients in a variety of settings.
Ability to provide good and accurate oral reports to designated medical personnel.
Operates Pro-Med vehicles in a safe, professional manner keeping patient needs in focus.
Communicates with Dispatch via radio or telephone.
Completes all reports legibly, accurately and on a timely basis.
At each shift change, checks operating supplies and vehicle utilizing Pro-Med's shift checklist.
At each shift change, inspects vehicle to ensure it is ready for service (e.g., brakes, lights, fluids).
Performs duties in a safe, courteous, confidential and professional manner, considering patient well-being.
Provide medical examination and screening of patients consistent with Medical Control Authority protocols
Uses safety and PPE equipment as required by law and company policies.
Maintains vehicles and quarters pursuant to Pro-Med policies.
