Qualifications

• EMT-B certification or licensure required.
• Excellent customer service and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to understand and follow EMS protocols and HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from medical appointments or facilities.
• Engage with passengers in a friendly and caring manner.
• Accurately document patient care reports (PCRs) and maintain records of all calls.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospital staff, and other first responders.
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and restocking of ambulance equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to local EMS protocols and HIPAA regulations; follow company policies.
• Work efficiently with little direct supervision.
• Lift and move patients/equipment up to 150+ lbs.
