Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health in Center, TX is seeking compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) to provide essential pre-hospital care and emergency medical assistance. The EMT-B will respond to 911 calls, assess patient conditions, perform basic life support, and assist in patient transport and transfer.

Minimum qualifications include Texas EMT certification, CPR, PHTLS or ITLS, effective English communication, and a valid Texas driver license.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Texas EMT certification.
• CPR certification.
• PHTLS or ITLS as applicable.
• Effective communication in English.
• Valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responds to 911 and non-emergency calls; drives emergency vehicles under varied conditions.
• Assesses patient conditions and provides basic life support.
• Maintains vehicles and equipment in ready state and completes checklists.
• Completes patient care reports and related documentation promptly.
• Coordinates with dispatch, EMS crews, police and fire departments.
• Adheres to department policies and state driving laws.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
