Job summary

ProMedica in Defiance is seeking an EMT-B/PTN to join a two-person mobile ICU team. This full-time, day-shift role runs 6:30am–6:30pm, performing prehospital emergency responses and transporting patients between facilities under a paramedic's direction.

You will operate and maintain PTN vehicles, ensuring readiness and safety for rapid response. Ohio EMT-B certification and CPR/BCLS/ITLS/PEPPP within 6 months are required, with a clean driving record and willingness to obtain Michigan licensure

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified EMT-B in Ohio; Michigan licensure must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• CPR certification with BCLS/ITLS/PEPPP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a two-person ambulance care team.
• Perform prehospital emergency responses and transport patients between facilities under the supervision of a paramedic.
• Operate and maintain PTN vehicles to ensure readiness and safety for response.
