Job summary

ProMedica in Defiance, OH is seeking an EMT-Paramedic for the Mobile ICU to provide high-quality pre-hospital care across the field and in hospital transfer scenarios. This full-time day-shift role supports the Mobile ICU team with patient assessment, treatment, and transport.

You must hold EMT-P in Ohio, Michigan licensure within 30 days, a clean driving record, and various clinical certifications. A $7,500 sign-on bonus accompanies a competitive benefits package and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be an EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P) certified in Ohio; Michigan licensure within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; able to meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide care within state certification under medical supervision.
• Collaborate with health team to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and document checks.
• Adhere to state, organizational policies and procedures.
• Transport patients to designated facilities and ensure ongoing care.
