Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B) to respond to emergency and non-emergency medical requests, delivering high-quality care and customer service. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with starting pay of $19.00 per hour, increasing based on experience.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, determining required care, documenting information with confidentiality, and operating an ambulance in accordance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• State EMT certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• State Driver’s License.
• Pass Physical Ability Test (PAT).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine needed care, delivering emergency services.
• Document patient information while keeping confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Operate an ambulance following safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
